ToothPals provides AI-powered dental assessment and analysis for children's teeth alignment. The Service analyzes uploaded dental photos and provides suggestions. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Pricing

The first 3 assessments are free. After the free tier, each assessment costs $1.99 USD. All payments are processed securely through Creem. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

• Upload only dental photos of yourself or your children.
• Not misuse the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Not attempt to bypass payment or usage limits.
• Not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. The AI analysis is for reference only and should not replace professional dental consultation. Always consult a qualified dentist for medical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

ToothPals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
